ContactBuilder is founded on its integration with your website, facilitating lead management straight from your main source of lead generation. Many of our clients also integrate with popular property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, New Homes for Sale, and more. These integrations enable your sales team to easily follow up on incoming leads - it is as easy as logging into their account and following their new diary tasks that are automatically generated by ContactBuilder. 

For individual email communication, ContactBuilder offers full email integration with Outlook (through Office 365). This inbound/outbound email integration not only makes your processes easier but crucially it saves time by providing access to everything you need all in one place. This integration allows you to do everything you would normally do in Outlook: send, forward, and reply to emails, you can also attach documents that are stored in the system via a link, allowing you to work completely within ContactBuilder. Signable offers a smooth transition to a paperless sales process, the integration allows you to collect signatures quickly, securely and legally. Stripe offers the ability to take payments safely and securely via phone or by our client portal. Worldpay enables you to take payments either through ContactBuilder or the customer portal module, helping you keep everything GDPR compliant and secure. A record of signatures and payments can be found within the system, allowing you to keep track of both received payments and any that are overdue.  

There is no denying that social media advertising is a great way to reach your audience and attract new leads. Especially when using Meta’s lead generation ad campaign objective. With the Meta integration, the leads acquired can be imported directly into ContactBuilder, eliminating the need for manual data entry and removing the risk of human error.  

There are a host of other platforms ContactBuilder integrates with that help you further throughout the sales process. These include Loqate, which will pre-populate your contacts address as you start to type, ensuring you have the most accurate and up to date address information and Clixifix to fully manage your aftercare process, ensuring your customer care post-sale is as easy as the sales process itself. One of the most recent integrations is with Share to Buy, a website that helps first-time buyers find and buy their first home through alternative home-buying schemes such as Shared Ownership. This integration allows all your portal leads flow into ContactBuilder automatically.
