Buyer profiling and appointment requests
Launched last year by Rightmove, the Ascend feed allows you to capture enhanced buyer profiles including timescale, buyer status and what affordability checks have already been done, sending this information straight into ContactBuilder. It also offers appointment booking directly through Rightmove: the interested purchaser can submit their availability for appointments including specific days and time of day that best suits them to visit your development, so your team can reach out and confirm the booking.
Seamlessly list your developments and properties
With Prospect Homes leading the way, housebuilders can now list their developments and plots directly from ContactBuilder, removing the need to juggle multiple platforms or duplicate work. Everything is managed centrally, with control over how your listings appear on Rightmove.
Say goodbye to time-intensive manual duplicate data entry. Your listings are automatically updated on Rightmove, minimising repetitive tasks and reducing the risk of errors. You can even pre-set house type descriptions, features and virtual tours at house type level, which are then automatically applied across future developments.
Drag, drop, done
Uploading images and files has never been easier. Our simple drag-and-drop design allows you to add brochures, site plans and images to your listings in seconds. Your visuals will appear in the order that you upload, so you can control the sequence in which your images are displayed.
Automatic updates to ensure accuracy
Whether it’s pricing changes, new images or updated availability, any modifications made in ContactBuilder will be automatically reflected on Rightmove. No extra steps required – just update once and the system handles the rest. When a reservation is taken on a plot, ContactBuilder will automatically update Rightmove, and the property will be removed. If the plot becomes available again in ContactBuilder, it will be relisted on Rightmove. ContactBuilder pushes all updates to Rightmove on a daily feed, so everything stays current.
