ContactBuilder and Coronavirus

To our ContactBuilder customers,

We appreciate that ContactBuilder is a vital business tool for your sales team, so I wanted to take this opportunity to reassure you that, at this time, we do not envisage any interruption to service as a result of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. We are confident that we have robust systems and processes in place to ensure, as far as possible, continuity of service and security of data under all anticipated circumstances.

As a precautionary measure to protect our employees and our clients, we will not be holding any face-to-face meetings until further notice. However, our sales and support teams remain available as normal via telephone, email and WebEx. The business already embraces a home-working culture so, from that perspective, it is very much a case of ‘business as normal’ for ContactBuilder.

Please be assured that we are continuing to actively monitor the situation and will respond accordingly should events take an unforeseen turn.
