He has over twenty five years experience in new homes marketing, gained from a background which spans time spent in the media, a major regional advertising agency, as Marketing Director of a substantial blue chip house building company and as Managing Director of MMS, a creative marketing agency specialising in new media for the new homes industry.
Malcolm Freeman
Sales and Marketing Director of ContactBuilder - has over 20 years experience of developing and selling dedicated housebuilding software solutions. He has in-depth knowledge and has helped to evolve ‘best practice’ procedures in the largest UK housebuilders as well as many progressive medium sized builders. Malcolm can also draw on worldwide experience, particularly from America of how leading homebuilders use modern software and media to improve their sales performance and customer service.
Danielle Mitton
Operations Director of ContactBuilder - has in-depth knowledge of how to use new media effectively to sell new homes. Danielle, a Graduate in Business Studies and Marketing, is responsible for the strategic development and direction of ContactBuilder’s software. Danielle also manages the implementation, training and support operations of ContactBuilder and maintains close relationships with all ContactBuilder clients.
Roger Pugh
Technical Director of ContactBuilder – manages the technical team who write ContactBuilder’s software. With long experience of turning customer requirements into highly practical and usable solutions; Roger and his team carry out both customer led and strategic development of ContactBuilder using the very latest web technologies.
ContactBuilder also has close relationships with a number of consultants who are recognised industry experts and specialists in the sale and marketing of new homes. Where appropriate we will use these consultants to add to our resources and ensure that clients achieve their goals in using our software.
