About ContactBuilder

ContactBuilder is a hosted electronic lead capture & evaluation system which is written specifically for UK housebuilders. Being web-based ContactBuilder does not involve any investment beyond an internet enabled PC. It requires little or no capital investment and should form an essential part of any modern housebuilder’s marketing budget and planning.

Why you should consider ContactBuilder

Web tracking - For each prospect that registers on your website a record of each web visit can be recorded in ContactBuilder which will analyse the web visits at company, site and individual contact level. For any date range, you can view the number of visits to each development’s web pages and drill-down to see which prospects have visited each page. For prospects that have visited your site you can allocate them to developments, email, text, mail-merge, create follow-up tasks, print/fax details etc, for the whole group, a subset or single contact prospect records. The system also reports the date, time, development and individual web pages visited.

Email Tracking - For each contact ContactBuilder shows the date and time an email is opened and when any links are clicked. All the standard follow up actions eg email, text etc can be undertaken directly from the prospect’s email tracking screen.

Workflow – The optional ContactBuilder workflow system helps to ensure that you provide a disciplined and consistent response to each lead, maximising its value and ensuring each lead is fully explored and properly evaluated. Each workflow can include up to 10 activities and individual workflows are assignable to each site. Each workflow activity is individually configured to prompt so many days from completion of the previous activity. Telephone activities can record the number of attempts to make contact and the full resolution of each lead is tracked. Workflow activities are incorporated in the standard task list and placed chronologically within any manually set tasks. Comprehensive reports show the number of contacts that are assigned to workflow and their status.
